When you are ready to level up, old and/or trapped energy prevents you from moving forward. It could be your own energy creating blockages or could be ancestral. I use shamanic healing practices, energy work and sound to remove stagnant or negative energy or lingering trauma. If necessary, I can perform a cord cutting to disentangle you from unhealthy energetic cords with other people, a family line, a location, or an issue. I use essential oils, crystals, palo santo or white sage also to enhance the energetic flow.
I channel my inner Native American Medicine Woman and your spirit guides to identify the root cause of the “holes” within your soul that are creating disturbances within. These can often show up as patterns that spiral in your life, and can be caused by unhealed or unidentified trauma and/or can be passed down from unresolved ancestral trauma and wounding.
We will set an intention before starting your session. You’ll be in a comfortable spot and I’ll begin drumming to get us into a meditative state. From there, I’ll read your auric field and we’ll engage in dialogue and do breathwork as needed to move the energy out that’s not serving you and replace it with what does.
