How it Works
What to expect when working with Melissa
Sessions may be done in-person, via the telephone, Skype, FaceTime, Zoom, or WhatsApp. Distance does not matter considering I work with a person’s energy, which can be felt from anywhere. The results are the same!
A prayer is said at the beginning to “open the door” allowing spirit guides, teachers, ancestors, loved ones and angels to come forward delivering messages for our highest and best through the white light. I take the first couple minutes to connect to your energy, and I see things that connect to your past, present, or future. If something doesn’t make sense, as the session continues it will.
Shamanic Energy Medicine Healing Sessions
We will set an intention before starting. You’ll be in a comfortable spot and I’ll begin drumming to get us into an altered meditative state. From there, I’ll perceive holes in your auric field and we’ll engage in dialogue to move the energy out that’s not serving you and replace it with what does. Depending upon the session we may explore your ancestral lineage, traumas, your inner child and trapped emotions…anything can happen! Please be open and prepared to uncover what needs to be released. I use a variety of tools to restore your energy back to a balanced place — sound, energy work, essential oils, crystals, palo santo, white sage, etc. Toward the end, I’ll drum again to bring you back into the present moment and we’ll wind down our session. We will have a bit of time to decompress and process the session together so you’re present and grounded when you leave.
Psychic/Medium Sessions
Come with a clear and precise intention/questions. This provides your Spirit Guides an opportunity to answer you in a manner that is direct and related to what you’re really in search of wanting to know. If you are wishing to connect with someone in particular that has passed on, it is not necessary, but helpful to bring a possession of theirs or a photograph of them. I can pick up on their energy and the object(s) will clearly allow for communication to come through from the Other Side.
In person readings in San Diego will be held in a quiet, private space; the address will be provided to you shortly after booking.
At the end of our time, a closing prayer is said to end spirit communication and disconnect our energies. Your session will be recorded and sent to you within 48 hours.
